-If you don’t like bergamot, you will hate this blend!

Balance : Great, really shown the Bergamot taste.
Special characteristic : The bergamot make the difference.
Worth the taste : 4.50$ for 50g, YES!

Full taste :
From first to last, the bergamot taste which really make this blend memorable and, the black tea. Simply nice! :)

This tea REALLY taste like it smell.

Overall : A surprising blend that can carry the epicness of the classic Earl Grey and which can define it’s own unique taste too!

Delicate with a pairing of Rooibos and Maple. It’s a maple syrup tea. It smell like it and does taste like it, but the taste is really not too “sugary” in mouth like the maple syrup does.

This is really a re-comforting winter/spring tea and would be really a must for a “croustade aux pommes” hahaha! French words!

-Review for the hot tea, NOT iced.
-Try it as a popsicle, not as a hot drink.

Balance : Really bad.
Special characteristic : You can make popsicle with it!
Worth the taste : 7.50$ for 50g, not really…

Full taste :
1. The white chocolate creaminess.
2. A LOTS of orange flavor.

That’s it.
The smell is awesome, but not the taste.

Overall : When you taste this tea HOT, the taste won’t come. Try it as a popsicle, not as a hot drink.

As everybody says, this tea is impressive!

It has a really natural and fresh raspberry taste trough allll the taste. The dark tea is well balanced but is not the first thing you taste.

So, it’s really fruity with a present raspberry flavor which are backed by the black tea and coconuts taste!

A maté for the coffee lovers!

Balance : Well balanced.
Special characteristic : Smoky taste, energizing and a unique Maté blend.
Worth the price : 6.50$ for 50g, yes. (But the blend is a little heavy)

Full taste :
First of wall, the wood taste from the maté came in mouth.

Then, it mix with the earthy/smoky coffee beans flavor perfectly.

After that, you got a little chocolate hint.

The final note is the coffee beans aftertaste, sweet and subtile.

Overall : It’s a really unique maté blend. I understand now why it is a DAVIDsTEA classic. The taste is surprising. Maybe for a first maté this blend will seems a little weird, but give it a try. Either you love coffee or not!

Hum, Rooibos and Sencha with a Citrus flavor?

Balance: Good, but a little… strange.
Special characteristic : Sencha with citrus?
Worth the price : 6.50$ for 50g, yeah…

Etc.: I personally think that the sencha taste mixed with the citrusy flavor is great, but sometime weird in the mouth. Anyway, if you forgot the little Sencha, everything in this blend is great! I personally prefer Some Velvet Morning because of the really great blend between the green chinese tea, the citrus and the subtile tangerine which are really well balanced. But, the Detox berries mixed with the tangerine taste would be the best.

Organic Jasmine tea. Yep.

Balance: Good.
Special characteristic : Subtile creamy taste, well balanced green tea.
Worth the price : 7.00$ for 50g, yes!

Full taste :
First of all, creamy in the mouth, but not too much creamy like vanilla tea. That’s a natural creaminess from the Jasmine flower.

Then, you got the jasmine taste blended with the creaminess.

After that, you taste the body of the tea, which is not too light and not too strong. The green tea is really well balanced in my opinion.

The final note is the Jasmine blended with the creaminess, this time, the jasmine is much stronger on the mouth.

Overall : It’s a decent Jasmine tea! The difference with this one, Dragon Pearls and Butterfly Jasmine : the green tea quality.

All the spicy taste of the Chai,
but the drink is smooth.
A subtile pepper aftertaste,
so… we got a legendary Chai?

If you’re a fan of the Chai blends, but the pure Chai blends like a Masala Chai, have in mind that it’s a smoother one blend. Lot’s of Chai i’ve tasted has some very aggressive spicy taste in your mouth. Like an indian Chai blend. For the beginner in chai tea I would say that Coco Chai Rooibos is the perfect first impression of a Chai blend.

So, do we got a legendary Chai Rooibos?
Yes, a smooth one.
A beginner one.

A Chai you can make to your friend who’s not really a “fan” of tea,
because he never tried a good one and he never tried any Chai in his life.

Finally, it’s a perfect blend for just relax in winter and during summer too,
because the spices won’t overwhelm you during sunny day!
