drank Chinese Flower by Harney & Sons
58 tasting notes

I grabbed a tagalong tin of this from Harney & Sons when I bought the Queen Catherine. Trying to branch out from Jasmine green teas to see if I like any other flavored green teas. The sachets are beautiful – hot pink and blue petals with orange skin pieces and green tea. Smells very bright. After brewing, the color was a slightly cloudy light yellow. In the tea itself, I smell mostly citrus, especially lemon. It isn’t bitter at all (I almost wish it was a little) and tastes more fruity & bright than anything else to me. Might be brewing it too weak, but not my favorite! Will of course give it another shot later especially since it’s so pretty.

Flavors: Lemon, Orange

180 °F / 82 °C 3 min, 0 sec 10 OZ / 295 ML
