193 Tasting Notes
This morning was SOOO busy that I actually left the house without pouring the tea out of the Breville and into my mug. AHHHH TEA EMERGENCY! So after dropping the kids off at preschool and toddler class, I quickly detoured back home to fill my travel mug with tea. All better! I was so glad I stopped because the rest of the day continued to be crazy busy and that travel mug was the only tea I have been able to have all day. I am now on my way to steep a BIG warm mug now!
So I was a good girl today and made a pot of this to share with my parents while they were over visiting with us this afternoon. (This is a tea I would be inclined not to share with anyone as I LOVE it and currently can not get another pouch of it. However, it is my parents who I love with all my heart so I was reluctant but willing to share with them :) They enjoyed it! Great afternoon cup of tea!!!!
This is my 100th tasting note!!! Yay for steepster and great tea! I picked this one up in my local loose tea shop (which I am headed to tomorrow with some friends who are tea newbies). It is surprisingly good and is a decaf. It has a definite creamy taste and feel to it. Also has almost a caramel note to it. Very nice for a relaxing evening!
Started my day again with this one… this pouch is going to be gone way to quickly! Wishing it was still available! I purchased this when Frank recently found some pouches in his inventory… maybe I could pray to the tea gods and he would find more long lost pouches of this one!
Have to place another Harney order soon and a pound of this will definitely be on that order! Drinking a cup of this to unwind, one kid in bed another soon will be! Then one more work day for the week. Also exciting plans this weekend, I am taking two of my friends to the local loose tea shop for their first time! They started getting into it and want to go buy some more! Woohoo and I will never pass up a trip to the tea store!!!!
Had a cup of this after getting home from work tonight. Had a good second full time day but I am tired!!!! It is a hard adjustment going back full time after working for the past year and a half a very reduced part time. But I love my job and am thankful for it! Just have to get used to getting my butt moving earlier in the morning and working a full day.
This tea is SUPER yummy! I am so sad I can not get my hands on more!!!! Tasted the chocolate and oh so yummy peanut butter!!! I love this stuff! Going to set it up in the Breville tonight on auto start so it is ready for me again tomorrow morning :)
Forgot to say I added a touch of rock sugar to this.
