I seem to be in my over analyzing mode today. Thought I would check out some of the “trends” on Steepster. So…as of 9:15am TODAY here are the TOP 10 Rated BLACK/BLACK Flavored Teas on Steepster…which ones have you tried!?

Makai Black – Tea Hawaii
(Actually one in the same…but I tried them today! Thanks to Auggy, that is!!! Woot! I’m at 50%!)

I have tried Dawn and Mountain Malt (which I LOVE). Samovar is always out of Hawaii-Grown, but I’ll keep looking.

Mountain Malt – Simple Leaf

…and loved those three!!

Almond Cookie – SpecialTeas – Wonderful, comforting tea! A cookie in a cup.
Dawn – Simple Leaf – Just tried it this morning. Tasting note to come!
Yunnan – Andrews & Dunham – Yummy yunnan, but not the best I’ve ever had.
Mountain Malt – Simple Leaf – (Well, I haven’t tried it…yet. Doulton sent me a sample.) I look forward to trying it soon!

Aww, I’ve only tried Dawn by the Simple Leaf. I feel a bit left out, time to get some tea orders going.

I’ve only tried the A&D Yunnan and while I liked it well enough I don’t think I’d put it in my Top 10 Black Teas. I also have a bag of SpecialTeas’ Almond Cookie sitting unopened in my cupboard.
