I just got finished writing a full-length review for this tea, it will publish on March 3.
This is a delicious decaffeinated tea – and I know that might sound like an oxymoron, but, I am really enjoying this. Smooth, rich flavor, and if I didn’t see the package, I wouldn’t have guessed it is decaffeinated.
A very pleasant tea!
This is tremendously aromatic. It smells like grapefruit at first but I quickly realize it’s more ORANGE than anything else. As for the taste I can taste Orange, Hibiscus, and Berries! The flavors are overtop of the rooibos flavor and it’s fruity, citrusy, and a little tart. Nothing I can’t handle…which leads me to believe the hibiscus isn’t jam packed in there which is fine by me! I would have to say the primary flavor and scent is the ORANGE tho! This is very flavorful for a bagged rooibos! I like it hot but KNOW I would like it ever more iced!!!!
This is nice. Minty but in good balance with the other ingredients. It is not too earthy which is always my apprehension when it comes to yerba mate (and something I need to get over because for quite a few months now I’ve rather enjoyed many different yerba mate teas!) The lemongrass in this is very subtle, but, it adds a nice dimension to the cup. Smooth. Nice!

Check it out!
This is a decent bagged decaf English Breakfast! It’s organic, fair trade, Non-GMO Verified, a Wind Power Company (http://choiceorganicteas.com/certifications.htm#wind), and Kosher!
It’s not overly strong in taste – I would say a more mild English Breakfast but that taste is good and doesn’t leave an aftertaste. I think I prefer this one iced but I had one hot cup and one cold cup so far today!
This tea is pleasing. It has a sweet aroma with a smooth, toasty and nutty flavor. similar to Hojicha but without any green vegetal taste. It is very soothing. It also is reminding me of something from my childhood, but I can’t put my finger on what it is. I think it’s a tea we used to have at a Chinese restaurant that we frequented. Seems strange, but that is what I’m remembering! this isn’t the most flavorful tea, but it is definitely a nice change of pace on a cold winter day.
This tea is serviceable. it has a distinct darjeeling taste: a little bit floral, slightly bitter, with a slight muscatel flavor. it’s not very flavorful though, and mostly just the bitter component comes through. I’ll drink it since I have a box of it in my office, but I don’t think I will be buying it again.
