I am a huge fan of fruity herbal tisanes and this is one of my favorites. I have just brewed a cup and it helps me get through my less than entertaining biology lecture (this teacher, my goodness). Just the smell of this tea is entirely enchanting. You start out with dragonfruit and guava with an undertone of strawberry and finish off with a light floral tone. I could do without the light floral tone, but it is not too strong to sway my like for this tea. It is perfectly sweet without sweetener, but I will on occasion add some rock sugar—do not like the taste of this tea with clover honey for some reason.
In my opinion, this tea is amazing hot/warm… as soon as it becomes iced, it loses its luster becoming more watery and semi-reminiscent of vitamin water.

Flavors: Floral, Fruity, Guava, Lemongrass, Strawberry

Tea is a new hobby of mine. The crazy amount of available teas is amazing and I’m just now wetting my toes. One of my favorite parts about teas is sharing it with my friends and family.. It is the best when you finally discover a tea that a “tea hater” loves. For me, tea is a bit of happiness in a mug and I’m always willing to explore.

Besides tea, I’m a scientist who adores long hikes in the mountains, dancing around the house listening to the Beatles (and other wonderful bands), and playing with my dog. Life is a beautiful thing that deserves to be explored and cherished.

I will try any tea at least once and my palate is continually changing as I delve deeper in the tea world, but these are my current preferences:
-Herbal
-Rooibos
-Interesting flavors (root beer float, ice cream cake, etc.)
-Fruity
-Nutty

And I would love to try a purple tea… :]

Shall we explore together?:]
