I am in the middle of packs and packs and packs…for the move and ooooooh I found a wonderful parcel among the parcels…. I re-dicover the box from Kansas …the one I received from our lovely Azzrian full of tea samples! This is Christmas after Christmas again !

I decided to taste this one …because of raspberry my favorite fruit.
J’adoooooooooooooore les framboises.
This framboise is really natural and delicate, absolutely not tart.
Chocolate is really not my madeleine in tea but I have to recognize the 2 ingredients work perfectly together and the chocolate doesn’t overpower the tea base neither the raspberry flavour.

I appreciate this tea, really and would be happy to taste it again but I am not really in love with despite all its qualities.

I was expecting more framboise (but as said before I love too much framboise)
I love so much framboise I can’t say rapsberry …the French word is more romantic to my ears inversely to pumpkin (the French word citrouille is just so…incredibly weird !)

A very good Butiki teas job

Preparation
195 °F / 90 °C 4 min, 30 sec

I like the french word for it better too :) Glad you liked this one but wish there had been more FRAMBOISE flavor for you! :)

thanks again for sharing it with me :)

I’ve always preferred framboise as well! More fitting for the berry.

First, please forgive me for my English and all the grammatical mistakes you’ll find in my posts.
As English isn’t my mother tongue it sometimes makes things more difficult to express cleverly and accurately what I feel.

I was mainly in black flavoured teas, green as well if not bitter.
I’m now drinking much straight teas because my palate is now developed enough to appreciate them .

My favourite brands are : Taiwan tea Crafts, Teavivre, Mariage Frères,Theodor,Butiki Teas,Dammann Frères, Betjeman & Barton.
My ratings are as follow :

100 to 95 : my darlings; always in my cupboard (or very often ! )

94 to 90 : Excellent tea

89 to 80 : very good tea, a pleasure to drink it

79 to 70: not bad even quite nice, why not having it sometimes, but well,it’s not so urgent !

69 to 50 : Meh, deceptive or just not for me – but has some qualities

49 to 30 : I just don’t appreciate it

Under 30 : is this thing supposed to be tea ?!?!?
