127 Tasting Notes
The packaging says you can use cold water to make a cold version, but after trying that I have to say the effect is not quite the same: the result is a slightly appel-ey water with sugar crystals at the bottom that will not desolve no matter how aggressively I stir it.
Preparation
This tea is incredibly floral, which I can imagine it’s not for everyone, but it is for me. I quite enjoy this summery flavour of sweet flowers with a slight vegetative earthiness on the back that I imagine comes from the seaweed.
Flavors: Earth, Floral, Sweet
Preparation
I wasn’t too fussed about this tea until I sweetened it, which seems to unlock the more biscuit-ey flavours as upposed to the rooibos. It’s still not my best spice-heavy tea, if i’m honest. Glad to have gotten the sample, so I know that.
Preparation
I am aware most people will drink this for it’s supposed benefits, rather than it’s actual flavour. For me, so far, I am not feeling a difference in my back pain, but that is not why I personally got this tea… I just wanted to try it as a tea. And it’s a very standard fruit tea indeed. There is barely any black tea coming though, making this resemble a fruit tisane more than anything. Flavour wise I am not sure how to describe it other than “tropical fruits”…maybe I can pick up on some passion fruit, if i try really hard?
Not unpleasant to drink, but does not feel like anything special, either.
Flavors: Sweet, Tropical Fruit
Preparation
This tea was actually pretty mild, which I did not remember it being. I’m not sure if it works with out water better than other teas, to be honest, I would have to try it, and some other teas, in non-scottish water sometime to see what happens
Preparation
not bad, pretty fruity. Clear pineapple flavour supported by a sharp ginger-y undertone. I am not sure it’s particularly helping me focus…if only that issue could be tamed by something as simple as a cup of tea
Flavors: Fruity, Ginger, Ginseng, Pineapple
Preparation
I honestly would not have considered this to be a tea had I not seen it listed on this website before. I like this brand of drinks. They’re very flavourful with natural seeming fruit, pomegranate in this case, but there is some notes of green tea as well. Altogether a very refreshing… tea?
