Made this as an iced tea. Not quite an iced tea though. Because I found the cold brew to be very watery, I brewed this one double strength hot, for 10 min. Then just put in the fridge, instead of pouring it over ice. This one looked better, the colour was darker and more opaque than when cold brewed. The liquor felt much thicker in my mouth. But unfortunately the taste was the same. Mostly tasted like coconut water. There was a light pineapple taste and was slightly sweeter than the cold brew.
For this tea, in my opinion, it was best hot, then iced, and in last place was the cold brew.
