219 Tasting Notes
This is probably the most interesting tea I’ve ever tasted. The apple and fennel make it both spicy and sweet. It reminded me of the good blend of spices you often find in Indian dishes…not the same spices, but that kind of perfect blend. Yum! Perfect for a cold winter evening!
Oh Black Friday online tea shopping! How I love you (and my wonderful friend Kim who made this order for me because I was at my grandparent’s without internet access)! This is a very nice cinnamon tea. In my mind, I had hoped it would be all that I love about Eight Candles with the added enjoyment of Pumpkin. I guess I’ll just have to make another cup and see if it gets there :)
I’m must have received a bad batch of this. Everyone who has tried it seemed to really like it. This is my second tasting. I followed the directions on the container and all I’m getting are hints the vanilla and caramel. Absolutely NO lemon. Thought my first cup was a fluke, but second cup is missing lemon as well. Pretty disappointed with this so called Lemon Souffle. If it were vanilla caramel white tea, this would be spot on!
hmmmm weird. I keep wanting to try white lion but they make it seriously annoying to order. even with a tea mule i can’t put in my canadian credit card address heh. I’m less disappointed seeing that you didn’t like this haha
This was a wonderful birthday gift from my sis (THANKS SISSY!!!). I had a hard time enjoying tea this summer. Maybe it’s just a fall/winter/early spring thing for me. So, sadly, I just tried this tea for the first time 5 months later :)
Very nice oolong. I am not good at judging oolong teas, I just tend to like them :) I had this on my shopping list because of Azzrian’s beautiful description! Burnt marshmallows are the best. It made it through 3 infusions before I had to call it quits. It might have survived more if it wasn’t already 10pm when I finished the 3rd.
Speaking of Azzrian, she’s not logged a tea in 6 months. Bummer.
Soon to be restocked thanks to Black Friday and Della Terra’s awesome deal!
In celebration of that fact, I’m enjoying a cup this morning. YUM!
Nut-tastic green tea! Blessed to end the holiday with a trip to TehKu in Dublin. If you’re ever near Columbus, OH, you MUST stop at TehKu. It will not disappoint.
The tea smells like a sugar cookie. The strongest flavor was the coconut, but both the walnut and pineapple were present. I’d like to try this again when I have more time to savor. I almost bought some, but decided the teas I ordered on Della Terra for Black Friday were enough for right now. I need to have some self control!
