There is some sweet note to this tea and some sour note to this tea, or should I say tart note. When I bought this I actually thought it was a black tea so I was surprised when I took a closer look and saw it was a caffeine free fruit infusion. It is fairly tasty. I am cold brewing this for tomorrow as an iced tea.
Brewed this one time in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and boiling water for seven minutes.
Does it have hibiscus in it? That’s usually added to a lot of fruit teas.
