This is excellent tea with a moderate amount of fermentation flavor. The fermentation taste that was there was neither unpleasant nor fishy. There was very little bitterness to this tea. It had a sweet taste from the start. The fermentation lasted perhaps four or five steeps and then was gone. Not sure how to describe the sweet note that was the dominant note here. But it was good.

I steeped this twelve times in a 150ml gaiwan with 12.2g leaf and boiling water. I gave it a 10 second rinse. I steeped it for 5 sec, 5 sec, 7 sec, 10 sec, 15 sec, 20 sec, 25 sec, 30 sec, 45 sec, 1 min, 1.5 min, and 2 min. I have generally gotten good tea from John at King Tea on Aliexpress and this is no exception.
