This tea is tasty and sweet with a fair amount of fermentation flavor. I only western brewed this this morning but it is good. No time this morning for a gongfu session. There is very little bitterness to this tea and I am sure I would get more complex notes out of it if I gongfud it. As it is it is sweet and tasty.

I brewed this once with 2 mini tuo cha about 10g leaf and boiling water in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker for 1 min.

Flavors: Earth, Sweet

Preparation
Boiling 1 min, 0 sec 10 g 16 OZ / 473 ML

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
