This is a tasty but floral and vegetal tea. There is a sweet note there too. I am drinking more greens because they have less caffeine and this is my first sampling from my Yunnan Sourcing order.

I brewed this one time in a 16oz Glass Perfect Tea Maker, gravity steeper, with 3 tsp leaf and 175 degree water for 2 min.

Flavors: Floral, Vegetal

Preparation
175 °F / 79 °C 2 min, 0 sec 3 tsp 16 OZ / 473 ML

Allan, I read that green tea has a lot if caffeine .

According to my gastroenterologist it has less. Matcha I think has more because you get all of it.

I am Allan. I live and work in Long Island, New York. I have been amassing a tea collection for nearly two years and have spent way too much money. I now try to buy mostly Puerh as I like it most and it lasts nearly forever. Black tea has a habit of going bad. If anyone is interested in tea swaps I am open to ideas and have quite a cupboard.
