Backlogged from last night.
Lately I’ve been staying up past midnight to write with a friend, and last night I as determined to get some sleep. So I decided to try a cup of tea before bed, but something caffeine-free. So I gave this one another go, and it’s definitely my favourite 52Teas tea!
I was surprised how much I liked this one. Did it help you sleep any better?
It definitely did! I’ve had four days off work and I’m starting every morning with a cup of tea in bed with a book, and it works just as well at night!
