Origin: Fuding City, Fujian Province, China

Ingredients: Pure tea buds

Taste: sweet and slippery taste; has slight soymilk flavor; sweet aftertaste presents quickly

Brew: bew at 176 ºF (80 ºC) for 1 to 2 minutes (exact time depends on your taste – a longer time will give the tea a stronger taste and color)

Interesting. Sweet, a little beany. I totally get where the “soy milk” description comes from.

Sadly, these are NOT flavours for me. Boo! I have one cup left, but I think it’s going into the “tea for other people” box.
