This is good, but not as good as the Waterlillies. If I could taste the mint more, make it a real competing flavor with the fruit, I would like it a ton more and it would be a lot more unique. But, it is still a solid iced tea option.

Here’s Hoping Traveling Teabox Round #3 – Tea #15
Oh I’ve wanted to try some of the Teavivre herbals! This one seems like mostly hibiscus/rose hips which I’m not a fan of… but some of the other herbal blends from Teavivre sound amazing. This blend also has some apple and mint. Two teaspoons at just boiling for my 12 ounce mug and the red of this cup is looking fierce. Before sipping, there is an apple cider like fragrance. The first sips are extremely tart but really it’s like a syrupy fruit punch/apple cider. I probably could have added a bit of sugar. It’s tough to notice the mint except for the hints of cool to my mouth. The tartness is more tolerable as I’m drinking but this one would be an AMAZING iced tea. I think I’d like the blends with less hibiscus better but this one was good.

Thank you Angel from Teavivre for this lovely sample—and all the others!^.^

Yesterday was Pseudo-Father’s day as we had my brother’s college graduation today. My boyfriend and I made homemade ravioli for my papa-italian sausage and cheese or just cheese. It was delicious and everyone left stuffed. And today my brother graduated from college-he’s too amazing:] But I some how managed to sneak my traveling tea cup into the arena…my mom got her water taken away..and my sister got her pretzels taken away…haha..guess I just wasn’t suspicious enough to search—oh, the joys of not caring around a purse:P Anyways, I drank this tea during the ceremony…and I’m glad I did-it’s crisp, clean and refreshing.

It has a stronger taste of lemon with a crisp apple aftertaste-very clean tasting. You get a bit of tartness, that I really enjoy…but I did add a touch of sweetener. It has a lovely mix of fragrant and brightly colored dried fruits with just a sprinkling of pale green leaves. Very nice mixing. Mine was not on the light flavor side of the spectrum at all, it was brimming with flavor and brought a smile to my face. I bet it would be delicious iced.

How strange. All the reviews on this tea were good and I hated it. It was like drinking a cup of hibiscus. Yes, I could detect the apple but around the hibiscus. It was so sharp I just threw the cup out. Bleh

A lovely sample from TeaVivre!

This tea was amazing! It brewed to be a really pretty amber colour. The apple flavour really popped out from the first sip. It was was the perfect level of sweet. I would definitely buy this again!
