I drank this while on an expected FaceTime with a friend for 2 hours. I barely registered much about it except that it was very strawberries and cream. The strawberry was more on the candy end of things, but I still found this tea quite enjoyable. Also, the rooibos flavour was fairly non-existent, which is a win in my books.

Honestly, it’s nothing to write home about anyway. The rooibos is fine, mild, woody, and inoffensive without much medicinal character or scratchy throat sensation. The strawberry is definitely candylike – it reminds me of those strawberry candies with the liquid centers that are wrapped in strawberry-printed cellophane. I don’t get much in the way of vanilla or cream?
So I’m glad I tried it, but this isn’t something I would reorder. I think I prefer the Nina’s Paris version, though it’s been a while since I’ve had that one…

I actually had this tea in my cart along with some others during the Cyber Monday sale, but I decided not to order since I’d already bought a lot of tea over the weekend. I’m so glad I get to try this tea after all! The strawberry and rooibos combine pleasantly. It reminds me of Bird & Blend strawberry rooibos flavors. It’s really nice! Not quite authentic strawberry, but one that’s familiar and pleasant. I definitely get a bit of creamy vanilla as well. And of course Lupicia’s rooibos is delicious. Another winner!

If you like the taste of Rooibos, you might like this one. It has a soft strawberry and vanilla flavor while still being able to taste the Rooibos. Sometimes Rooibos has a medicine-like flavor; in this particular case it was fairly strong. If you dislike the flavor of Rooibos but want drink it, I’d recommend trying Ronnefeldt’s Orange Cream Tea.
