From Imperial Tea Court

A blend of some of the worlds greatest black teas, the combination of Keemun Hao Ya, Ceylon Golden Tips and Darjeeling is like a well-orchestrated symphony. Distinctive notes of flower, fruits and malts all combined to sing in perfect harmony. This great blend is equally perfect with or without milk and sugar.

Preperation Imperial Black Tea Blend is a versatile tea which may be prepared with either a large teapot, individual gaiwans or gong fu style in an Yixing clay pot. We suggest 3 grams per 10 oz of water, infuse with just below boiling water at an infusion time of 3 to 5 minutes in order to bring out the fullest flavor. Because of the quality of the teas blended together in Imperial Black Tea Blend, it may be re-steeped several times. After the first infusion you may wish to increase the steeping time, and for the third and subsequent infusions, water which has just come to a boil may be used.
