I am really surprised by the low, by steepster standards, ratings for this tea. This tea is what I call a full sensory experience. As soon as you open the container the lovely scent of fresh oranges fills the air. While sipping this tea you are again treated to bright orange on your palate which fades into smooth green notes and then again the pleasant orange is back at the finish. It is crisp yet subtle and just a very pleasant tea experience. If I was serving green tea to someone who claims they dislike green tea I would serve this and they would soon eat their words. Order a sample and I guarantee you will wish you ordered more.

Refreshing. The coffee shop I frequented over my recent vacation carried Harney’s exclusively. This and the Thai jasmine tea they offer were great light options.

The tea and citrus flavors mesh perfectly, neither overpowering the other. I’m a fan.

I can see why they recommend this as a “starter” green, as the citrus tang is pretty strong. It’s got a nice citrus/orange smell, but I found the taste to be just a bit too tart/tangy for me overall. Prefer to blend with another straight green to even it out.

This tea has a refreshing citrus smell when you open the tin – like that mist of fragrance as you peel a fresh tangerine. When steeped for three minutes, I found this tea to have a delicate flavor, with no acidity. The citrus flavor is not as pronounced as the fragrance, but still an enjoyable cup of tea.
