There is too much Stevia, but if you like Berry flavours, this is a pretty good morning tea.

Sipdown! (46 | 367)

Finished off this fairly ancient tea as a cold brew.

It’s actually quite nice this way. I would consider ordering it again if DT still carried it, even though it has a bit of stevia. There’s the perfect amount of tartness from the hibiscus combined with a nice tart yet jammy blueberry/raspberry combo, and I can still taste the yerba mate underneath it all.

Oh well!

Having this iced today, and its tasting quite tart. Also very fruity and berry tasting. It’s a pretty decent tea for a mate. I don’t have it too often though.

This is a fairly tasty tea with a lot of sweet flavors going on. I can definitely taste the raspberry and other fruit flavors. Not sure if I taste the mate. It is pretty good.

I steeped this one time in a 16oz Teavana Glass Perfect Tea Maker/Gravity Steeper with 3 tsp leaf and 200 degree water for 4 minutes.

Good if you really love berry flavors and have a good set of tastebuds to distinguish them, but to me this tasted mostly like Bear Trap, just a mix of berry flavors but with a bit of a different aftertaste (probably the mate). I would prefer if I could actually taste some of the individual berry tastes (like the blackcurrent) but instead its a mostly generic berry flavor with the tart hibicus (which I am not really a fan of, not sure why it always seems to be in David’s fruit blends) I did like the caffeine, I havent experienced many teas that really give me a jolt, but this one kept me up late at night, but overall this probably won’t be a re-buy for me.

That’s better. Juicy and fruity and yummy. Not too hibby, not too sweet, juuuuust right. However, I should not be drinking mate when I don’t have much to do today XD jitters for no reason

When I first had this one I probably would have rated it 95-100. I’ve had it SO much since then, though and I’m a little less fond of it. I just need a lot of caffeine most days, and this seems to do the trick.

It’s definitely got a berry flavour, and I like it, but I think I might actually like it more if it were more tart? Not as tart as Queen of Tarts, but just slightly. Maybe I should try mixing the two. Anyway, I’m having it as a tea pop now, for the third time today, and I think I’ve over done it on the caffeine, so I’d better make this my last one for the day.

This tea was just ok for me which is pretty good considering it is a mate tea and I usually don’t like this type of tea. It did have a pleasant berry flavor to it though.

Hurrah for care packages from home! (Thanks, Mom)

I was expecting this one to taste similar to Superberry, though the mate base makes it distinct enough (at least to me). I am sorely missing my stash of mate as a morning pick me up, so I am very happy to have a little of this in my NZ tea stash. I suspect I might like this one better cold, but I don’t have enough for a proper cold brew, and I want to stretch out the leaf as long as I can.
