Brew the Perfect Cup:

Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. Pour 1 cup water over a tea bag in a cup. Steep 4 to 6 minutes and remove bag. Sweeten if desired and enjoy.

To enjoy iced, pour 2 cups boiling water over 4 tea bags in a heat-resistant pitcher. Prepare as above, then add 2 cups cold water. Serve over ice. Makes one quart.

Tasty, but frighteningly sweet, and this from someone who typically adds sugar (lots and lots of sugar) to her tea. Spicy, but in an atypical sort of way. I expected something a bit more chai-like, I suppose. Ended up leaving the carton behind at my old workplace and probably wouldn’t buy this one again.

Smells amazing. Beautiful when brewed with loose leaf chai tea (or a black tea) – this balances the sweetness.

If you like cinnamon, you will probably love this. I am a fan of cinnamon myself though the taste is too overpowering. Actually the whole taste is overpowering even if I had milk to it.

This is my go-to tea.
I think most of the reviewers are steeping it the wrong amount of time. There’s a very particular moment when it transitions between dishwater to WHOA CINNAMON, and if you catch it then, perfection.

A spin-off from Harney & Sons Hot Cinnamon Spice. The taste is a bit more flat than its expensive counterpart. It’s got a bit of a chemical aftertaste, but if you steep it quite long, you will find yourself enjoying that savannah-like warmth we only find in cinnamon.

I need to quit buying cinnamon flavored herbal teas – apparently I don’t like any of them. This tea was okay, but definitely overwhelming. The cinnamon/sweet taste was strong, but at least you could taste other spicy pumpkin pie type flavors. I prepared with almond milk and no additional sweetener, as it is plenty sweet on its own. Not a tea I would drink again by choice. Giving this one away.
