This has been on my looking list for awhile but I had never ordered it. It was a sample kindly included in my most recent order (I think, or maybe the one before that…). I am not sure I’ve had artichoke outside of spinach artichoke dip so I can’t say anything other than this is definitely more vegetal than grassy. I get a lot of sharp lemon though, both in scent and taste. It’s a little too mineral-y and tangy for me. So glad to have had the opportunity to try it!
