I’m enjoying this one much more than I thought I would. I need to learn to just trust B&B! It tastes like a strawberry pie! The berry flavor isn’t too sour, and there is definitely a pastry element. I’m drinking it at room temperature, and I think that really lets the flavors shine. I love teas that taste like desserts!

I am terrible. I do not use strainers. So a bit lazy too.

I took this one, as I was crawing for fruit tea. Raspberry with roasted rice? Fruit tea with roasted rice (a genmaicha ingredient)?

Okay, it smelled like salty popcorn when brewed. But as I keep it in hot water, bit of fruits (raspberries) appear there.
But when sipped, it is nice fruity. Yep because steeping time was longer. I notice raspberry with salty aftertaste. It is kind of tart too.

Not my favourite, but few I guess can like it.
