89 Tasting Notes
This tea had a really rich, multilayered flavor. It was sweet but towards the third infusion there was a nice smokiness to it.
Preparation
Just what I need to recover from a camping trip with the family. This is one of the most highly scented jasmine’s i’ve had. Anyone know of a good recipe using jasmine green tea?
Preparation
You might try to fix rice with it. I couldn’t find the recipe under their site but I’ve had Tea Sorbet at Anna Marie’s. It was fantastic and so refreshing. I’ll ask them about it next visit. Recipe Chimp had plenty of ideas that I can’t wait to try:
The neem gives this strong black tea a subtle sweetness. The flavor is hard to pinpoint but it reminds me of chocolate. From a distance it smells slightly fruity or cake-like. It has a cooling aftertaste too. I’m glad I went with a short infusion time, it seems like other people had some trouble with bitterness.
Preparation
Uncharacteristically in the mood for a mellow tea today. This one was sweet, vegetal and roasty. Everything a dragonwell should be.
Have you tried Adagio’s or Golden Moon’s Coconut Pouchong? Was wondering how this stacks up against those?
I’ve tried Adagio’s at a local restuarant and I’d say it is just slightly better. They are both quite yummy :)
