57 Tasting Notes
TTB tasting: I had this tea before breakfast, i had it as a latte as well. I steeped it at 212F and 5 minutes. I first had it plain and felt it was too astringent or bitter? After adding a touch of honey and milk it mellowed out and the nuttiness came forward from the toasted barley with a after taste of apples. I liked it, i was nice to try something like this, i wouldnt of ordered it for myself. I was a nice fandom tea blend but i don’t think i would buy it though, but i was nice to try!
Flavors: Apple, Nuts, Roasted Barley

At first smell, the fragrance instantly reminded me of strawberries and rose. I felt more feminine by just the smell, like got transported to a afternoon tea time at a cute tea shop with the girls. The taste after steeping it in 200 F for 3 min was light and almost etherical with a touch of strawberry, the green tea flavor was more forward when i had it plain. As a latte the taste of rose came more subtly forward, with the green tea flavor mellowing out more and a slight after taste of strawberry. It was great, im a fan.

This was from 2022 advent calendar of Steepologie. I’ve had this tea yesterday and today and i love it. The name never attracted me, but since I’m going through my tea samples as a homemade advent calendar i finally got around to trying it, I’m so glad they still have it in stock because I’m a big fan of red berry teas. The global tastes so natural and the berries really comes through. I’ve had it plain and as a latte and it works both ways, I love it.
Flavors: Red Currant, Red Fruits

I love this tea. All the ingredients blend so well together, I fell transported to Northern Europe with this blend. I can taste the ginger, and cardamom with the pineapple and cinnamon. Everyone in my house loves it, I will be getting more since I’m down to my last couple of teaspoons!
Flavors: Cardamom, Ginger, Pineapple
Preparation
I am not much of chocolate flavored tea drinker. My husband is, and we both agreed this was a good tea. He recommended 3 tsp per cup, but I think that was an exaggeration. I will say though that the 1 tsp per cup wasnt strong enough. The forward flavor in this blend was the hazelnut, and a chocolate undertone flavor. I like it, I order this again for the colder times of the year.
Flavors: Chocolate, Hazelnut
Preparation
This is my first cup of pecan creme, i steeped it for 4 minutes, made it into a latte. The pecan flavor is very stuble unfortunately, i was expecting a caramelized pecan flavor but this was just very subtle, maybe next time ill try doubling up the tsp and come back to review it if it made a difference.
Flavors: Pecan
Preparation
This is a very interest cup, it has this violet flower essence that gives it this floral essence when I smell it and taste it. The vanilla is a very subtle secondary aroma, the violet is a little overpowering. I enjoy drinking this as a latte in the beginning of the day, for me its jot an afternoon tea, maybe because the temperatures are getting cooler these days so im more drawn to warming spiced teas and pumpkin flavored teas as well. I feel like this tea its an either you like it or hate it.
Flavors: Floral, Flowers, Vanilla, Violet
