~1 tsp Youthberry, ~1/2 tsp Superfruit Unity
12oz

My friend requested the Youthberry while waiting for my sister to get ready. I decided to put a little superfruit in as well, because I love this combo. I added some agave nectar which made the fruit flavors really sweet as well. Great cup of tea to start out the day with!

drank Fruit Medley by Adagio Teas

~1tsp for 8oz cup

I had this for breakfast at my friends house (wow does she have a nice tea selection!). She didn’t have a lot of it left so I didn’t put too much in the tea leaf ball. Can’t say I was super impressed with this tea, especially considering the name of it. I was expecting a lot of different fruit flavors, but I ended up not getting much of anything at all. Which was disappointing. IT HELD SUCH PROMISE!

I added 2 tsp to make a 16oz cup with a bit of agave nectar, and MAN WAS IT GOOD. I inhaled it!

It was fruity, and delicious. This was my first time using agave nectar and I feel like it really brought out the flavor. I’ll write more on the actual flavors of it next time I make a cup — which will be soon.

drank Passion by Tazo
82 tasting notes

Oh goodness, to describe Tazo’s Passion tea as briefly as I could I would use the words: strong, tart, with a hint of sour.

I don’t know how all these people steep theirs as long as they do. Personally, steeping it for just a minute gives me all the flavor I could ever want and then some. This tea is PACKED with flavor, which is nice because I can get more than one cup out of a bag.

Is this what hibiscus tastes like? If so, I think I like it. I’m new to the tea world, so it’s hard for me to pick out ingredients. I like what I like, that’s about it.

Great iced and hot (with or without sweetener)!

THIS IS A GREAT TEA FOR NON-TEA DRINKERS TO HAVE. My sister hates tea, but she loves sweet, fruity things, and loves this stuff. She’ll actually make it on her own without me prompting her! WOW!

This tea, I love this tea. I don’t quite understand all the hate going around for this tea, but that’s okay. Whenever I need something light and fruity, or something to mix with my other teas this is one my first options. I also enjoy mixing it with superfruit unity; FRUIT ON FRUIT ON FRUIT. Delish.

I will say that steeping it for the recommended 2 minutes isn’t enough for me at all. I steep it between 4-5 minutes, and sometimes add some honey.

drank Irish Breakfast by Twinings
82 tasting notes

The first tea I actually ever had was when I visited a friend in Ireland. I think we drank at least 4 cups of breakfast tea everyday. While this isn’t the exact brand, it is very reminiscent in taste. I will say though, I like mine steeped VERY LIGHT, I’ll dunk the bag in there about 5 times or let it sit for no longer than a minute. I also add 1/2 tsp of sugar and milk. Malty is a perfect word to describe it I think. Just a great black tea.

drank Vanilla Chai by Bigelow

I really do enjoy this tea. Whenever I want something sweet, light, and creamy this is my go to. I haven’t had much experience with other chai teas but I always make sure I have this in my cupboard. I always drink it with milk and a tiny bit of sugar.

I got this tea for work, and it was pretty good. I went so far to bring some home so I could have it there as well. There are definitely a lot of different berry flavors going on which kind of threw me off, despite the name. I think I was expecting to me almost more blueberry-esque only to get a lot of tart.

I wouldn’t get it again, but I did enjoy it while I had it.

This is the worst tea I have ever had. Definitely can tell that it coats your throat, which is fine, but it tastes like liquorish to me which is really nasty. Overpowering liquorish tea.

I got this tea mostly as a mixer, but have had it on it’s own a couple times and really just don’t care for it. I guess I just don’t like my tea to be mainly citrus. The first time I had it plain, I almost felt like I was drinking hot orange juice, so the next time I had it I tried it iced, and still just didn’t really care for it. Now I don’t even like it mixed with other stuff. Luckily I only bought 1oz. Lesson learned.

Not much too say. I love tea! Especially greens and oolong. I also really enjoy the occasional fruity tea, but really I’m up to try anything.! …Well except earl grey, I really don’t like bergamot.

When I first joined I usually always forgot to finish my last sip of tea leaving it cold and alone, destined for the drain. Nowadays I still leave the last couple sips of tea. I really drink my cups slowly, HOWEVER, I almost always finish my cups now, even if they are room temperature.
