If I could give this a negative rating, I would. It was on clearance when I was shopping on H&S’ website and figured it couldn’t be that bad for just $5. Wrong.

drank Hojicha by Adagio Teas

I thought I was going to hate this while it was steeping, but…I think the smell I was smelling is just my new mug. Ugh. (A mugh?)

This is okay. It reminds me of genmaicha, which is my favorite Japanese tea. Would drink again.

I found this in the back of my tea drawer at work. It smells and tastes exactly like this weird christmas candy my grandma always had when I was a kid. I’m okay with it. Probably wouldn’t buy it again (not that I even remember buying this) but I’m not mad about this being my last drink of the day before I go home.

I hate cinnamon. I only tried this because they sent it to me as a sample, and I noticed on their website that it’s their most popular tea. I’m freezing in the office right now, and thought I’d give it a shot.

Welp. I love it. I don’t know who I am anymore.

This is one of my favorite blends of Teavana teas. I got a huge bag of it for $6 at a store closing sale, and my life will never be the same! It’s the most delightful floral and fruity blend, without being too much of either. I’m going to be super sad when I finish this bag.

drank White Chocolate Chai by DAVIDsTEA

After my Candy Cane Crush white chocolate fiasco, I was a little hesitant about trying yet another tea with actual pieces of chocolate in it, but no issues here! The taste is weird, though. I’m definitely getting cardamom and your regular chai flavors, but I’m not tasting white chocolate. Just a general sweetness. Probably won’t be drinking this again.

Oh, man. This stuff smells heavenly. It reminds me of the little mints my grandma always had in her purse. However, it plugged up my steeper pretty badly. It took forever to get it out, and I think it may have had to do with all of the white chocolate bits melting. I’m not sure. The flavor is nice, at least.

drank Sakura Allure by Teavana

Just bought this last week during my Teavana spree. It…doesn’t taste like anything? Like, I get a very small hint of cherry, but I feel like I’m just drinking red, sour water.

My first tea from my first Tea Sparrow subscription!

(Also, I made this entry since it wasn’t in yet, and it wouldn’t let me add “natural grape flavor” as an ingredient. It’s an ingredient!)

This kind of reminds me of the grape wulong Teavana had forever ago, but doesn’t smell like cough syrup as much. The leaves smell really pleasant.

Steeped for three minutes, per package instructions. This is tasty, and definitely less grapey than the Teavana one. I’d consider buying this.
