So, I made chocolate dipped strawberries with the Coffee Pu’erh infused white chocolate bars we’re selling, but with a bit of vanilla and some semi sweet milk chocolate as well to give them more flavour dimensions, and because I find our white chocolate bars don’t set as well when melted down unless I add the milk chocolate to it.
I mean, I think it’s probably obvious that they tasted fucking delicious. Chocolate, strawberry, vanilla, and coffee – now that’s a fucking solid flavour combination. Kind of tasted like Coffee Crisp, honestly? Just needed the wafers.

Cold brewed this one for a long time to get a really rich, robust aromatic fruity brew just bursting with tropical flavours – then I mixed it 50/50 with some red grape skin sorbet for a thicker mouthfeel and more of a fruit punch/mixed fruit sort of flavour. It was just so incredibly alive with flavour! Rich, aromatic and almost boozey grapes, and exotic dragonfruit. The pinnacle of refreshing! The only thing I can think of that would have just pushed it over the edge would have been a splash of vodka or white rum.
God, that would have been SO good.

With milk.
So, so creamy/silky with the best light, buttery coconut notes and sweet pineapple. I’ve said it what feels like a million times, but damn I just really love this blend.
Flavors: Butter, Candy, Coconut, Creamy, Malt, Pastries, Pineapple, Smooth, Sweet, Toffee, Tropical
Very grassy, but definitely more of a dried out kind of grass flavour than fresh grass, with hints of timothy hay in the top notes. Body was sweeter and felt more round/balanced, and it finished with a bit of a sweet nutty finish with a lingering nutty cream note. Kind of almond like, honestly.
Sipdown (242)!
Iced.
Very tart, with lots of juicy but slightly sour/hibiscus saturated blueberry flavour. Something about it was a little off though and it took a while to place, but finally I was able to put my finger on the fact that this was giving off herbaceous vibes? I think it was just one of those weird palate days because where would a herby flavour even be coming from in this tea? Like jeezus, I don’t ever know…
Regardless, it was really refreshing/satisfying.
Late night cup.
Really, really floral and smooth with both heady and fresh floral notes. It was very smooth, but with this really abstract sort of quality that was almost… psychedelic in nature? Like, that’s a bullshit way to describe flavour, I know – but really something about the way those floral notes played off another was just kind of trippy.
Also, buttery. Very buttery.

Had a good mug of this while I introduced my twelve year old sister to Friends!
- Very interesting blue/purple liquor
- Tastes pleasantly sweet; realistic but jammy blueberry flavour
- Hints of sweet floral notes
- Just a little bit grassy, but sweet grass notes as opposed to lawn clippings
- Lingers pleasantly on the tongue
- Reminds me of Spring time!
Rare treat.
Made a big mug of this one, hot. I didn’t really do it up as a latte, but I did top it off with a good scoop of frothed milk which added a bit of light, airy creamy fluffiness to the mug. Mostly tasted of the marshmallow leaf, which certainly ISN’T a bad thing. However, also had this kind of icing sugar quality that I fucking adore, and hints of like lemony buttercream in the finish?
Good shit right here.
Had a nice mug of this one at home with breakfast a few days ago.
Mostly, this is still really nice creamy apricot, but I think in this particular cup I got a bit more ginger too, though I liked how it complimented the fruit. It remember me a little bit of Ginger Pear and how the spice and sweet fruit play off one another in that blend. Sadly, that stevia creeped in a little bit with the aftertaste, and that was a slight negative. Overall this is still very light on the stevia though.

This one started off really hops heavy and delicious, but overall it’s certainly a write off because like an idiot I tipped the whole mug over onto all my evening paperwork at work and I not only lost a great cup of tea but an hours worth of paperwork that had to be redone! Ugh, tea is NOT meant to cause stress…
