Made this one iced, and I have to say I expected to still like it but was pretty sure I wouldn’t feel as passionately in love with it as I did with that first cold brew. I mean, 9/10 when you have such an extreme first reaction to a tea it isn’t repeated the second time you have it.
Well, this is the 1/10.
I shared a sip with everyone working, and I have to say that literally everyone fell in love with this tea. I seriously HAD to limit them all to just one sip, otherwise I would have NEVER gotten to drink any of this myself. The apple notes are just jaw droppingly realistic, flavourful and aromatic with the intensity of actually biting into a crisp, ripe red apple and the combination of vanilla, rum, and hops that interchangeably, and smoothly accompany that taste is mouth watering.
Honest to God, if Lauren announced that she had sold her soul to the devil in order to make this blend I’d just kind of nod and be like “Yeah, that sounds right”.
It’s truly amazing.
