I absolutely love shopping here. It’s bright, open and a simple concept. As soon as you walk in you’re offered a sample of tea which I think is just brilliant. The people who work here are always so lovely and excited to help you out in any way they can. I love their tea selection and I’ve never purchased a tea I didn’t like yet. I love Davids Tea and I don’t mind going out of my way a bit to stop by.

This is my main source for tea, its close to my house and well anyone that has shopped at DavidsTea certainly knows there selection is vast and amazingly simply the best. The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful, willing to suggest new teas in contrast to what I am already drinking. I never really feel hassled to purchase anything, and when I make a purchase large or small I am respected as a customer. Anytime I purchase a variety of Tea they will generally make me a cup to go free of charge allowing me to sample a new tea for next time or get a big mug of my favorite tea of the day.

I go to this location all the time – the Brentwood girls know their stuff and are always so nice!

Great service – often the sales clerks would remember me after a visit or two and were very friendly. Not pushy at selling and happy to let me smell practically the whole wall of tea if I wanted. Did not get frustrated or annoyed when I’d purchase like 6 bags of tea that are only 20g.

When I’ve made big purchases (like teaware or multiple tins of tea) they gave me a free cup of tea to go or “free cup of tea” coupons that I’ve given to friends to introduce them to DavidsTea.

My only con I’d say is a few teas I’ve gotten would be not mixed well so I got too much of light ingredients or I just got mostly apple chunks. When I want to purchase 50g or 100g I go online and order instead.
