The first time I had this, I cold steeped it because I was curious as to how rooibos tasted that way. I did not like it at all. So this time around I steeped it up hot, then poured over ice. I still don’t really like how it tastes. I feel like I need to sweeten it but now I’m too lazy to get up. But I think it would benefit from just a little sugar or something.
It might just be I don’t like how the blackberry tastes in here, which is weird because they’re pretty much my favorite fruit. It just isn’t strong enough so to me it doesn’t really taste like blackberry. I’ll give it another try hot.
I am so out of it. This is the first time I’ve had tea since Tuesday. But at least jury duty wasn’t bad. I just sat there for 3 1/2 hours then I got to go home…except I stopped at a food truck and it was awful and I’ve felt horrible since. So, if I want tacos from a food truck I know who to avoid now but meh.

Shhh don’t tell anyone…I’m almost 64 and a registered voter and I’ve never in my life been called for Jury Duty. So strange. One of the only things I like from Teavana is the Blackberry Mojito which tastes like real blackberries and with a little sugar is soooo good (my daughter thinks the same).
I kind of lucked out because I was the last of a standby group, on a Wednesday. I don’t mind getting paid $25 to sit around since nobody pays me $25 to do that in class. But I would have hated having to actually have been called because I’m pretty sure I would be really uncomfortable if I really was being considered to make a decision about something that involves other people. But now there’s no chance of being called again for 18 months and I hope I won’t live here then anyway!
I love the Blackberry Mojito tea so much! It’s really good blended with the Sevenberry Sangria one of theirs too.
Yeh..Poor Amy…No idea why I don’t get called? I have an FBI clearence…from WAY back when I worked for the Gov. Maybe you think that’s it?
I’ve never been called either! but then I think Canada has slightly different rules as well. I’d hate to be on a jury
I actually didn’t know anyone who had been called for jury duty (in Canada) until my dad was last year! He lucked out though, and ended up not being selected (which is good, because I think there was a possibility that it was a bit of a bigger case, and it could have conflicted with his teaching responsibilities).
I dread being selected myself… not sure if school can be used as an excuse?
Also, Amanda, I see you sent me some of this one! It looks so tasty with those big dried berries :D After yesterday’s taste bud failures I’m hoping today they’ll be a bit more compliant!
It depends on where you live. Here, if I said I was a full time student, all they would have done was delayed it until I was on break. But I decided to just risk it yet again and it paid off, I think.
I hope yours work better than mine, I am starting to suspect mine are acting up because everything rooibos, which I usually love, tastes odd.

Bonnie- wow it seems like I get called every year!

Interesting. I think my Mum was called for jury duty once but she wasn’t selected – I’ve never been called. I feel like it’s significantly less frequent in Canada. Now that I’ve said this, I’m, sure I’ll get notice..
