Had this yesterday for brunch. It was light bodied, with a pleasing fresh stone fruit taste. Totally into this. Also… got to like a tea that has a historical bend.

Enjoy this at the end of the evening, to help get me ready for a good nights rest. Enjoying it tonight, while watching the latest episode of Shark Tank!

Wow. What lovely flavors in this tea. It’s aroma first — slightly chocolate-ie, slightly ginger-ie. Then the flavor is a mellow maltiness and then a slight bite of ginger. Its texture is supple, as well. I’m a fan.

My wife has gotten into the matcha craze. Yes, it’s officially a craze. We’re adding it to smoothies, n’ such. Today, we decided to try it hot. This matcha has a seaweed aroma, and a faint lemon finish.

Drinking this in the afternoon for a little pick me up. The nose has key lime citrus, and a bit of spearmint at the end. It makes this really nice to enjoy after lunch.

I like this tea in the later morning, when I still want to be drinking something hot and invigorating, but don’t want the additional caffeine. The citrus fruit is bright and comforting.
