I was a little less impressed with this tea tonight. I paid attention to steep time and water temp and still got a slight bitterness. I do like the berry and rosehip notes I am getting, but the astringency is not impressive. I am going to try a steep tomorrow at an even lower temp and just for a minute or so and see if that gets me anywhere, here’s hoping!
