83 Tasting Notes

You know when you got a special tea, it give you a little “buzz”. Like a dreamy day with beautiful snow falling down with a big serene sun splashing over the snow.

This is that kind of tea. Try it a little less hot than what DavidsTea recommend you (85 degrees will be perfect.) and steep it for 10 minutes.

This is one great Bao Hao Yin Zhen, but not the best ever. As a white tea, the “Sri Lanka Silver Needles” from DT was WAY more memorable, but it was in a limited supply…

Exotica, indeed.

There’s a strong citrus taste over the top. It’s really present and really pleasant too.
The pineapple come just after the citrus with a Chai feel to it. :)

So, just be cool. And think of yourself in the middle of the sea. YEAH.

This tea is spectacular. The golden color and the lighten taste.
Almost heaven.

It has some “spicy” aftertaste and some kind of vanilla sweetness. It’s hard to describe, but this tea have a really complex aroma.

Of course, this not what you’ve expected, like Forever Nuts. A tea just CAN’T get the nutty flavor as the first part of the taste. It’s always subtile, very profound in the tea basis.

That’s the case for this one.

The pineapple smash goes along with the green tea, but the tea smell like a cookies.
The wallnut follow just after, but a little light in taste.

Then, if you want a nutty tea, try Forever Nuts. The nutty feeling is more present than this one.

I’ve too noticed nuttiness is always subtle. I loveee Forever Nuts. So comforting. It should also be arriving soon :D I’m going to explode the day my David’s tea order arrives. EEEEEEE!!!!! Not much could make me happier..

Incredibly creamy, tasty and really-sloppy.
For lovers of teas like: Buttered Rum and Vanilla Oolong.

The whole blend goes through a special mixture of creamy chamomile with a little hint of caramel. It’s hard to describe, you know? It never get bitter and the more it’s getting cold, the more the butterscotch taste became alive.

A great signature blend along with, Buttered Rum, White Tiger, Oolong Life, Jumpy Monkey, Pumpkin Chai and Mom’s Apple Pie.

Great for the mouth, okay for the nose.

This tea is like Read My Lips without the minty smash.
I was hoping more. A more full satisfying body.

Deception, but I like this tea anyway :)

I see my skin being liquid and my eyes blowing out of their orbits.
This one is a drug. A solid one.

It taste like baked apples with a lots of cinnamon.
The aroma is SO recomforting. No, this tea is simply recomforting.

It has a “Apple Cider” feeling to it. This is one of my favorite tea from DT now.
That’s another unique blend to be remembered.
Try it.

Tried it at DT Saint-Bruno. Not bad, re comforting and smooth. Well-made Oolong with a nice creamy feeling. But, don’t oversteep it because it will be… DEAD. Try it light and you will find it really interesting in mouth, not too creamy. :)
