83 Tasting Notes
Damn, that’s been 3 months I have this tea in my cupboard and I’ve still not rated it!!
That choco-mint tea reminds me too much of little after-eight chocolate. No bitterness, a little creamy, chocolate, mint and a little hint of pepper. Nothing else better! :)
I think i’ve wanted too much this tea than when i’ve received it i’ve loved it so much that i’ve forgotten the awesomeness of that blend!
I thought this Pu’erh would be really strong in taste, but no way. It’s a delicate earthy taste.
This one is rich in flavors, it really catch the “old leaves” feeling without being corrosive. Yep! It was really a tasty experience!
Preparation
Another great straight tea from DT. A little cup of this one, in the morning, is a threat!
So what we got?
Here we got a Sencha which doesn’t have the “fishy” taste of the Kabusecha, here we got a grassy note, a lovable grassy note from the usualy Sencha. If you prefer to have a little more of the “fishy” taste go for the Gyokuro, it’s the perfect balance between this grassy tea and the fishy Kabusecha.
Preparation
Here we got a memorable Gyokuro, sweet in mouth but rich in flavor. It’s a really good Gyokuro, not the best, which have a subtile grassy background. It’s hard to describe but if you love Gyokuro, give it a try.
DavidsTea is really specialized in their products and this one demonstrate that there is not any negligence for the straight tea too.
Preparation
Really impressive, a Mate that need to be remembered!
I admit I was surprised because the tea actually smell like chocolate-banana with a hint of raspberry and taste like banana bread. There’s for sure a chocolate flavor in there.
So try it because you will love the way this tea impress your mouth! :)
