Like some other users, I first steeped for the suggested 3 min but found the flavor too light. It was hard to taste the flavor of the rice and popcorn. I then made another cup (tea is great for multiple infusions) in which I steeped for around 4 minutes and it made a world of a difference. I was able to taste the popcorn much more and almost tasted as if I was swallowing a handful of popcorn. The flavor isn’t too intense, but I enjoyed it very much.
I think this is sort of an acquired taste, as many do not enjoy the taste at all, but I found it great. I suggest everyone to try at least once.
