1120 Tasting Notes
I picked up 4oz of this a few months ago and even though I’m already halfway through the tin, I’m not sure how to review it! It’s not that I’m unsure of my opinion, oh no; it’s just that this tea is so, so perfect for me that I don’t think I could talk about it in a way that’s useful to the general public.
So I’ll say this: if you are like me and love cherries, chocolate, and sparkly things, you need this tea.
I daresay this is the fastest I’ve ever finished up a tisane, although this isn’t a particularly big box of them. While I’m hesitant to try any of Lipton’s real teas, I figured they couldn’t screw up mint — and I was right!
This is a nice blend of flavors: minty but not overpowering, with a touch of fruitness that really complements the mint. There’s a notable taste of chamomile as well, and that’s where it could be much improved in my book — it’s just intruding on the flavors that are actually good!
Overall, though, it’s hard to go wrong with mint + fruit in my book. Tasty!
