So glad I sipped this down hot instead. Much better this way, surprisingly. The pineapple is stronger than the coconut hot, whereas I’d say the two were flavours were equally represented in the cold brew (maaaaybe the coconut was slightly stronger, though). I thought that this would be a thousand times sweeter prepared hot, but it wasn’t so bad after all.

Maybe the heat brings out more hibby tartness to tone down the sweetness?
I just finished drinking this cold. Should have tried a sip hot first just to try. :)
Oddly enough, my batch had practically no hibiscus in it whatsoever. Maybe 1-2 petals in the 22g?
Caile, if yours did have a fair amount of hibiscus, maybe drinking it cold would have been for the best anyway. :)
