Going through some of my existing stashes of tea before starting in on some newer varieties. A solid tea, stlightly smoky.

Something warming for a cold day.

Mild and simple. At first I didn’t like this tea, actually. But the more I drink it, I can notice more of its nuances and appreciate them.
Brisk but not overpoweringly so.
A second brew with a slightly lower temperature. The spice of the Assam has mellowed out considerably, while leaving the flavor. I had no idea this sort of blend could be so finicky.
A good “Ok, let’s stop mucking about, get back to work!” tea.
A strong, slightly spicy tea with a round flavor. A drop or two of milk smooths out the Assam edges. Robust.
A very soothing green tea. Be careful with the temperature or it will go bitter on you.

I like tea.
