22 Tasting Notes
So this is the tea that started it all for me. My entire life I got used to drinking supermarket tea and was fine with that…until I tried this one. This is technically a supermarket tea, but definitely higher on the shelf than your standard Lipton’s and Tetley Teas. The aroma from this is just the most pleasantly soothing smell I’ve ever experienced. The bergamot is very pronounced and warm and comforting. The taste is, well, also warm and comforting. I drink this normally without any cream or sugar, but when I’m feeling like I need a special treat, I will make a London Fog out of this and it is just absolutely amazing. Do try it! I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!
Preparation
My all time favourite tea. I’m almost at a loss for words at how delicious this tea is. The smell of this both cold and hot reminds me of the bakery that’s been baking cinnamon buns all day. I don’t really get much caramel to be honest, but I do smell an overwhelmingly delicious cinnamony nutty almond and even a touch of maple syrup in there. It’s delicious without cream or sugar, but oh myyyyy gooodnesssss…add a half teaspoon of sugar and a drop of cream, and you’re pretty much in cinnamon bun heaven. I am literally drooling as I write this…off to make some right now! ;) Oh, I forgot to add that I can easily get 2 resteeps with this one.
