This makes a beautiful, light iced tea. The rose is quite subtle, it’s mostly a cherry tea.

Trying to make this last bit of leaf last through multiple infusions.

Over the several years during which time I have had this tea, it has grown on me, and I have come to like it more and more. Sometimes I drink it strong, sometimes I drink it weak; sometimes with sugar, sometimes without. It has been a good and faithful tea, and I shall certainly miss it when I run out in the next week or so. I may just have to add it to my shopping list.

Steeping it with just a teaspoon of sugar for the whole pot. Should reduce astringency and hopefully bring out some of the maple notes far better.

This tea is a special one that I only have occasionally. Drank some tonight for a lift and because I was feeling a change in my tea patterns. Wonderful and exotic flavor.
