I have a terrible track record for this tea. I think I am under-leafing and under-steeping it because it’s mostly just water. It’s such a pretty tea to waste.
I steeped it a second time for 10 minutes!, and now I’m getting that familiar peppery marshmallow blend that I expected. Phew. At least I salvaged this one.
