oh man is this stuff sweet!! And yet some how the nutritional value label on the back of the packet tells me there is only 15 calories per serve… ummm… ok … how big is a serve? 1/4 cup?? Ok, so I just looked it up, apparently the culprit is the monk fruit which is 300 times sweeter than sugar (what the #$@! is a monk fruit?!?!?!?!) Anyhoo this tea is super sweet but still pretty tasty, there is a fair amount of cinnamon however its not overpowering (I don’t like cinnamon all that much) and there is a slight cakey cookie taste. Its not something I would usually gravitate towards but since it tastes so sweet and has no caffeine it might become a after dinner treat, at least until the bag is gone. Now I must go google monk fruit…
