41 Tasting Notes
This tea is a really wonderful bed time drink. Brews to a light elixir that is sweet and fruity, not overly strong of chamomile like some restful teas I have had.
Overall, I’d say it is a very good tea. I make a pot of this when I have time before bed. Always enjoy it.
Preparation
A nice light refreshing Oolong with a nice lilac and jasmine flavor.
Full rounded body with lilac, fruit, and an almost jasmine touch.
Made this at work to try to keep calm and it really worked.
For some reason I can’t seem to make this tea strong enough for my taste. I usually have no issues with strength with a good Oolong, but this one always seems to brew too light for my taste.
Overall, very good, just a little light for me. But it is relaxing and not too heavy in caffeine.
Flavors: Caramel, Fruity, Jasmine, Peat

Backlog:
First Sniff – Nice elements of sweetness. A bit of a grain and grass, smells fresh and lovely.
First Sip – I ordered this one with honey at The Loose Teas and there was way too much honey for my taste, it was so sweet the tea was almost lost. This is a nice fresh grassy tea that is wonderful to sip on. Since I can’t judge this one based on what the tea would be like with the amount of honey I like in my tea I’m going to give it about a 78
Preparation
First Sniff – Smells sweet and you can definitely tell it has cinnamon in it. It has a slight bitter smell to it as well, I can’t quite figure it out… it’s an interesting first sniff.
Preparation – Added a bit of honey.
First Sip – Tastes a bit like constant comment, just with a thicker pallet. It’s almost a little syrupy. It’s an odd combination of citrus and cinnamon. This is an oolong based tea, but the oolong was not present at all. I don’t know what to make of this tea. It’s good, just not as good as other teas like it. I’d give it a 5/10.
Preparation
A note to start – Do not think of this tea as a normal chai, it is not a normal a chai, it is a lighter green tea based chai that is delightful in it’s own right.
Steeping the tea – This tea smells wonderful! My entire bedroom smells like sweet spiced tea. It’s amazing.
Preparation – A little bit of steamed milk and some honey.
First sip – Sweet, spicy, citrusy. The honey really goes well with this tea, it accents the spiced flavor but doesn’t add the raw sweetness the sugar does.
This tea is wonderful, it’s complex and spicy with a touch of brightness from the green tea. Unlike a black tea based chai it is light and citrusy and doesn’t have a bold caffeinated feeling like I get from darker chai. The sweetness of the ginger and cardamom hang in your mouth for a while after you sip it down. Overall, it’s a very nice tea with a really wonderful flavor. I feel like I could drink this right before bed as well.
Preparation
I’ve been having a bit of a stressful and busy week and I just got this tea from a trade and it is wonderful. It has made my day better.
First sip – Very sweet and very fruity. It was a bit more pungent than I was expecting.
This a nice smooth tea with a great vanilla flavor and a citrusy brightness. It also has a bit of a caramel flavor and a nice undertone of the tea that comes out on the end of the sip. This tea is wonderful right after it brews and lightens up a bit as it cools. Overall this is a great tea.
