Yumminess Rating – 8/10

Taste – This tea is sweet and smooth with a sweet aftertaste. Very little bitterness detected. I would like this tea to have a bit more creaminess to it, but I guess it isn’t a EGC, so it’s good for what it is.

Smell – It’s aroma is slightly floral with a nice big black tea undertone. Bravo to the blend, it smells amazing.(had to put in a pun).

Overall a very smooth and yummy tea, I just might get more, however I would like to find a good EGC.

To start, this is not my favorite chai, it’s really good, just wish it was stronger. Maybe I am doing something wrong.

Tasting notes:
1.) Very sweet, you definitely taste the coconut.
2.) Has a good black tea undertone.
3.) Spices could be a bit more present.

How I brewed it:
Steeped at 212° for 5 minutes

This tea is super yummy. At first when you open the bag it smells like a blueberry muffin, sweet with a nice bit of berry. On steeping this tea is when I really started to notice the fruitiness of it, the tea doesn’t taste how I thought it would, it’s better!

Tasting notes:
1.) The bergamot oils are really mellowed down by the vanilla and berry.
2.) This tea is good steeped a little stronger than most EG teas.

How I brewed it:
Temp: 200f
Time: 4 minutes

Preparation
200 °F / 93 °C 4 min, 0 sec

drank Zen Full Leaf Tea by Tazo

This is one of my favorite teas, it is also one of the first teas that I bought as the full leaf version and made me love teas. Just when I opened up the tea it smells amazing; lemony, sweet, minty, and at the same time has a nice green tea backing flavor. When I brew it and start sipping I enjoy the simple combination of lemongrass, peppermint, and sweetness. Very good tea overall.

Very good tea, I really enjoy the strong fruity flavors. I like to brew this for about 6-7 minutes. I may end up purchasing some for my own tea collection.
