I revisited this one, as I am drinking through my older teas to make room. I actually quite like this one cold-steeped. It was hot that I had tried it before I think, and I didn’t like it. Cold-steeped however, really helps to let the flavours unravel slowly and complement each other, rather than overwhelm each other.
This one was alright. I feel like each cup I make is different, depending how much of each ingredient I get in each cup. The only thing I did not like about it was the rose. I found it made the other ingredients taste funny. Again, this one is better iced than hot.
