So I’ve tried this one hot, cold brewed and now as an iced tea. Of the three methods this tea taste best iced. Most of the bite at the end of the sip is gone, and the bit of bitterness that remains is not entirely unpleasant. I did add an ample amount of simple syrup to my glass which heightens the lemon flavor, but that flavor is definitely artificial. It’s alright, but I won’t order it again. I’ll be happier making iced tea from a high quality Ceylon and adding lemon slices.

I did bump my rating up a few points because this is much, much better iced than hot.

Preparation
Iced 3 min, 30 sec
