Another sipdown? Don’t mind if I do!
I’ve had this tea for a very long time now (as a sample no less). I finally found it at the very bottom of my stash bags. Poor thing had gotten lost! This tea was one of my very first forays into loose leaf tea. This has stayed one of my favorite loose leaf chais. I’m almost sad that I didn’t get around to addressing this sooner.
This tea is a very bold chai with lots of spice in the front of the sip. The amazing thing about it though is the apple flavor. It reminds me more of a highly spiced apple cider than a tea! In this case it’s a very good thing too. I would suggest this to anyone who loved cider!

Exactly! I’ve been trying to get good cider blends around here last fall and they just don’t exist. This is my backup on days I want to be lazy and not make a herb mix and mull my own.
I really like this one, it’s like mulled apple cider as a tea!

I live in apple country so I have an overabundance of cider around fall time, I’m thinking of actually steeping this brew in some real cider just to amp up the flavor even more!
