Decided to try it again, as I sent sample to derk and… need to get rid of lots of small samples of teas, but usually I find out I am lazy to prepare it, because my ball strainer is affected by black tea strongly and I can’t wash it properly; and I ran out of empty tea bags (I used last one!) and… preparing grandpa is not always great idea.
Food pairing: Lemon pie flavoured yogurt. Actually pretty delicious, but bit starch I noticed. I hate starch in flavoured yogurts.
To the tea: 2 tea spoons, as I said, empty paper bag, boiling water, 4 minutes steep.
Brew is light yellow and clear; very aromatic of lime and again some medicinal notes.
And now taste? The most afraid part for me. And it is… actually, very tasty! Lime is quite decent and certainly in taste, it is even quite tart – but it is what I expect from lime tea. As well some earthy tea base, probably by linden and cola nuts. Although I can’t recall I have some in bag, but maybe it is just some pieces and it makes it certainly present in taste. I do not notice Yerba Mate at all, maybe again, just a part of that earthy taste.
I have to up the rating! From 58 to… 70?
NHL Match pairing: DET @ BOS. Go Bruins!
Flavors: Earth, Lime, Medicinal

I don’t know about CZ, but here pretty much all flavored yogurt is made with starch and too much sugar. Being Greek, we buy Greek yogurt; the real ones don’t use any starch and are just strained. Have you or your family ever made yogurt?
Well, we haven’t tried it. Here is (at least) one dairy, who makes yogurts without starch, but getting their products is harder than before. And that dairy is only 25 km (16 mi) far! But big stores do not stock them, because they are, naturally, quite expensive. But their cream yogurts are more than just delicious. (and they have small range of products)
I actually know someone who self identifies as a “Supertaster” and as such, can’t stand Greek yogurt (or many other foods) because the flavor is too strong for her. Basically, if you cook for her, you can’t use any spices or seasonings because even a little bit makes her… how does she describe it… “It’s like eating perfume.”
Shanie: I notice more than other family members, but not that much. It must be kind of nightmare to taste everything.
If you think that’s bad, imagine being the only person in your immediate family who can smell. It leads to… issues.

Shanie: Oh, rather don’t want to :)
But I can understand it is not good at all. But we all are somehow unique. As for me, I have sense of detail when taking photos. But overall, I am rather messy person.
